Peanut Butter Energy Bites

No Bake 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites. Loaded with old fashioned oats, peanut butter and flax seeds. A healthy protein packed breakfast or snack!

These energy bites are no bake, super easy to make and take less than 10 minutes to put together. Loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you full and loaded with energy throughout the day. Made with only 5 ingredients: peanut butter, old fashioned oats, flax seed, honey and chocolate chips. Everything gets combined in one bowl. Best of all you never have to turn on the oven. 

Pita Pizza

No pizza dough? No worries, just Brush on a little olive oil on the pita. Spread sauce on top of the pita.
Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
Sprinkle on pinches of desired herbs and spices, and add any toppings you’d like.
Place on baking sheet, bake for 5-7 minutes at 400°, or until cheese is melted (times may vary).
Slice with pizza cutter and enjoy!

Chocolate Covered Banana Bites

You’ve heard of the one-ingredient banana ice cream, right? These frozen bites require no blending or puréeing (just chop up a banana, dip, and freeze), and yet they’re as creamy and sweet on the inside a spoonful of ice cream — only better.

To prepare you only need a clean space, a banana, chocolates to melt with 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or other neutral vegetable oil) and some sprinkles.

Melt the chocolates with the oil, chop your bananas, dip it in the melted chocolate, add sprinkles and freeze.

Topping ideas: Sprinkles, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chopped toffee, granola, crushed malted milk balls, sprinkles or jimmies, other crushed candies.
